WaveCX Adds Chace Brisby as Director of Experience

driven advanced search capabilities, announced the addition of Chace Brisby as director of
experience. In this new role, Brisby oversees all of the company’s design initiatives, ensuring a
unified vision that enhances user engagement across all digital banking platforms.

Leveraging more than a decade of experience, Brisby brings a deep understanding of user-
centered design through his ability to translate user needs into simple, elegant interface
solutions. With Brisby’s extensive knowledge in developing and nurturing user experiences (UX)
within the digital channel, WaveCX is positioned to provide its customers with greater levels of
customer and employment engagement to ensure seamless interactions while extending the
value of their digital banking technology investments.

Most recently, Brisby served as head of design for Milli Bank, where he led a team of UX
designers and researchers while managing all product design standards, experiences and
decisions. Brisby also held senior UX designer roles with NCR Voyix, D3 Banking Technology
and Buildertrend.
